Wafer Type Butterfly Valve (Lever Handle)
Description
Wafer Type Butterfly Valve (Lever Handle) – Technical Datasheet
1. Product Overview
This product is a wafer-type soft-sealed butterfly valve featuring a concentric (centerline) design. It offers a compact structure, light weight, small operating torque, and easy installation. It is widely used in water treatment, petroleum, chemical, food, heating, and gas pipelines for shut-off or regulating purposes. As shown in the images, the valve body features a blue epoxy resin electrostatic coating, equipped with a black aluminum alloy lever handle. The disc is marked with “DI” (Ductile Iron) and “5K 10K” to meet various industrial requirements.

5. Key Features
-
Compact & Easy Installation: Wafer connection design saves space between flanges, reduces weight, and simplifies pipeline installation and maintenance.
-
Reliable Bi-directional Sealing: The concentric soft-seat structure ensures a tight fit between the rubber seat and the disc, achieving zero leakage in both directions.
-
Smooth & Labor-Saving Operation: Equipped with a black aluminum alloy lever handle featuring a gear locking mechanism, allowing for multi-angle adjustment of the disc opening with low operating torque.
-
Superior Anti-Corrosion & Long Lifespan: The ductile iron body undergoes electrostatic epoxy resin coating (blue finish), providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
-
Clear Markings & Complete Specifications: The body and disc are cast with clear markings (e.g., DN, DI, 5K/10K) for easy on-site identification and selection.
