7. Accessories & Special Requirements

Filling Instructions:

  1. Material Selection:

    • WCB (Carbon Steel): Suitable for -29°C ~ 425°C.

    • WC6 (1.25Cr-0.5Mo): Suitable for steam service up to 540°C.

    • WC9 (2.25Cr-1Mo): Suitable for steam and hot oil up to 595°C.

    • C12A (9Cr-1Mo-V): Suitable for severe service up to 650°C.

  2. Bypass Operation: To operate, open the bypass valve first to equalize pressure across the main gate. This allows the main valve to open easily without high torque. Always close the bypass valve last when shutting down the line.
