  1. AWWA C509 Compliance

    • Valve design, materials, and testing fully comply with AWWA C509 standard for water supply service .

    • Suitable for NPS 3″ through 12″ sizes with 200 psig working pressure .

  2. Resilient Seated Design

    • Gate is fully encapsulated with EPDM/NBR rubber using injection molding process .

    • No exposed metal on gate – ensures 100% bubble-tight shut-off.

    • Rubber bonded to ductile iron – no delamination, long service life.

  3. Non-Rising Stem (NRS)

    • Stem does not rise when valve opens/closes.

    • Suitable for buried service or limited space installations.

    • Stem threads isolated from line media – no corrosion or fouling.

  4. Flat Bottom Design

    • Valve body has no recess or groove at bottom – flat design prevents debris accumulation .

    • Self-cleaning action during operation.

  5. Anti-Corrosion Coating

    • Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating inside and out per AWWA C550 .
