Remarks:

  1. Design Standard: This valve is designed in accordance with BS5163, suitable for water supply systems and general industrial applications.

  2. Pressure Rating: PN16 per BS EN 1092-2 standard. Maximum allowable working pressure is 16 bar at ambient temperature for water, oil, gas, and saturated steam (subject to temperature limits).

  3. Seat Design: Bronze seat faces are achieved by overlaying (welding) or inserting bronze rings on both body and wedge, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life.

  4. Stem Design: Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design isolates the stem threads from the media, allowing in-line maintenance and providing visual indication of valve position.
