7. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS & REMARKS

  1. Three-Piece Body Design

    • Body consists of center body + two end flanges, bolted together.

    • Allows easy maintenance, seat and ball replacement without removing valve from pipeline.

  2. Trunnion Mounted Ball

    • Ball is fixed by trunnion shaft at bottom and top.

    • Suitable for low torque, high pressure, and large size applications.

    • Reduces seat wear and operating torque.

  3. Material Traceability

    • All A105 pressure parts shall have full material traceability per EN 10204 3.1 or ASTM A105 certs.

  4. NACE Compliance (Optional)

    • If sour service required, NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant materials to be used.

  5. Actuator Mounting

    • ISO 5211 top flange prepared for future actuator mounting.

    • Stem extension provided for insulation (if required).
