Description
Y-Pattern Piston Lift Check Valve – Technical Data Sheet
1. Product Overview
This technical data sheet covers the Y-Pattern Piston Lift Check Valve, a high-performance valve designed to prevent backflow of medium. Its Y-type configuration optimizes the flow path, minimizes pressure drop, and facilitates in-line maintenance. Manufactured using the die forged process, it ensures extreme strength and reliability for the valve body and bonnet. The F316L stainless steel material provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for severe industrial applications.

3. Design Features
- Y-Pattern Structure: Optimized flow channel, resulting in lower pressure drop and significantly reduced fluid resistance compared to conventional straight-through check valves.
- Die Forged Body and Bonnet: Utilizes advanced die forging process to ensure superior material density, high strength, and toughness for the valve, eliminating potential defects found in castings and enhancing valve safety and service life.
- F316L Stainless Steel Material: Provides excellent corrosion resistance, especially good resistance to chloride stress corrosion, suitable for various corrosive medium environments. The low-carbon ‘L’ grade helps to minimize intergranular corrosion after welding.
- Piston Lift Disc: The piston design allows the disc to lift and seat smoothly under fluid propulsion, reducing impact and wear, thereby extending the service life of the sealing surfaces.
- Hardened / Overlay Sealing Surfaces: The seat sealing surface can be optionally hard-faced or overlaid with Stellite 6# alloy, significantly increasing the hardness, wear resistance, and erosion resistance of the sealing surfaces for long-term reliable sealing.
- Easy Maintenance: The Y-pattern structure allows for convenient bonnet removal and easier inspection or replacement of the disc, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
- API 602 Standard: Strictly designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with API 602 standards, ensuring the product meets international industrial valve requirements for high quality and reliability.
- Class 800 LB: Suitable for high-pressure conditions, meeting stringent process demands.
