1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This PFA lined ball valve is designed for handling highly corrosive chemical media in industrial piping systems. It features a robust ASTM A395 Ductile Iron body, fully lined with virgin PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) to ensure excellent chemical resistance and a high-purity flow path. The valve incorporates a floating ball design with a full port to minimize pressure drop and maximize flow capacity. The wetted trim, including the ball and stem, is constructed from high-strength 4A Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTM A995 GR. 4A / CD3MN), offering superior mechanical integrity and corrosion resistance. 8. TESTING & INSPECTION

Pressure Test: Each valve is hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the rated pressure for shell integrity and API 598 for seat leakage.

Lining Inspection: 100% visual and 15 kV spark test (holiday test) to ensure the PFA lining is free from pinholes, porosity, or cracks.

Material Verification: Positive Material Identification (PMI) is performed on the 4A Duplex Stainless Steel ball and stem to verify the CD3MN alloy composition.
