3. Bonnetless Design Features

  • Construction: Standard Bonnetless wafer body design allows the valve to be sandwiched between pipeline flanges.

  • Sealing: Utilizes a one-piece gate that slices through media. Seat can be metal-to-metal or resilient (rubber) for bubble-tight shut-off on slurries.

  • Packing: Self-adjusting or chevron type packing provides stem seal and helps wipe the gate clean.
