5. STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Connection Type: Monoflange wafer construction. The valve body has an integral cast flange at the center (monoflange) with bolt holes; both ends are wafer-type sealing faces without flanges.

Installation Method:

Valve is sandwiched between two pipeline flanges, tightened by through-bolts connecting both side flanges.

Monoflange function: Can be used as support flange fixed to a bracket, as anchor flange to prevent axial movement, or for connection to auxiliary piping/support structure.

Bolts pass through monoflange and pipeline flanges for overall tightening.

Sealing Structure: Concentric soft seal design, disc interference fit with rubber seat achieving zero leakage. Seat adopts fully vulcanized process.

Disc Material Advantage: Stainless steel disc, corrosion resistant, prevents sticking due to rust.
