Trunnion-Mounted Ball / Floating Seat Design: The ball is supported by fixed upper and lower trunnions (shafts), minimizing deformation under high pressure. Seats are spring-loaded and pressure-assisted to ensure bubble-tight bidirectional sealing at both low and high pressures.

Anti-blowout Stem: The stem is internally retained by the bonnet shoulder, preventing stem ejection under abnormal high pressure.

Fire-safe Structure: Designed to API 6FA. In case of fire, if soft seats are destroyed, the ball contacts the metal seat backup to form a secondary metal-to-metal seal. A graphite secondary sealing element in the stem prevents external leakage.

Anti-static Device: Springs and conductive balls are installed between the stem, ball, and body to ensure electrical continuity even with non-metallic seals, preventing static charge buildup.

Emergency Sealant Injection: Optional sealant injection fittings are available for seats and stem. In case of accidental seal failure, special sealant can be injected to temporarily restore sealing.
