  • Heat Treatment: Quenched & Tempered (Q&T), Hardness ≤22 HRC

  • Weld Repair: Pressure-containing parts per ASME Section VIII Div.1

  • NACE MR0175/ISO 15156: Compliant for sour service (if specified)

  • Fire-Safe Design: API 607/API 6FA (on request)

  • Seat Hardfacing: Stellite ≥2mm thickness

6. INSPECTION & CERTIFICATION

  • NDE: 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) per ASME Sec. V

  • Certificates: MTC with Traceability, PMI Report, NDE Reports

  • Marking: Permanent identification per MSS SP-25

7. APPLICATIONS
