1. Product Description
The CPVC Gear-Operated Wafer Butterfly Valve is a high-performance thermoplastic valve designed for superior corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility. Manufactured from Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC), this valve is ideal for handling aggressive fluids, high-purity water, and hot corrosive media where metal valves would fail.
It features a compact wafer body that fits between standard flanges, saving installation space and weight. The valve is equipped with a manual worm gear operator (gearbox) and handwheel, providing mechanical advantage, reduced operating torque, and precise disc positioning.
