Rubber Bonded Concentric Butterfly Valve – DN600 PN16 Lugged


1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Rubber Bonded Concentric Butterfly Valve is a high-performance, centre-line design butterfly valve featuring a vulcanised rubber liner permanently bonded to the valve body. The rubber is injection moulded directly onto the valve body forming a permanent bond, eliminating the risk of deformation or dislocation of the liner and making the valve suitable for vacuum conditions.

This lugged-type valve is designed for dead-end service, allowing full-rated unidirectional isolation at line ends. It is ideally suited for water, neutral liquids, and a wide range of industrial applications.

  • Anti-Blow-Out Shaft: Stem retention design prevents accidental shaft ejection under pressure

  • Low-Friction Bearings: PTFE/bronze composite bearings reduce operating torque and extend service life

  • Long Neck Body: Accommodates pipe insulation requirements

  • Epoxy Coating: Corrosion-resistant coating with minimum 200μm thickness
