    • Gate is fully encapsulated with EPDM/NBR rubber using injection molding process .

    • No exposed metal on gate – ensures 100% bubble-tight shut-off.

    • Rubber bonded to ductile iron – no delamination, long service life.

  2. Non-Rising Stem (NRS)

    • Stem does not rise when valve opens/closes.

    • Suitable for buried service or limited space installations.

    • Stem threads isolated from line media.

  3. Anti-Corrosion Coating

    • Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating inside and out.

    • Certified for potable water (WRAS / ACS / KTW).

    • Color: Blue (RAL 5012) / Black / Custom.

  4. Blowout-Proof Stem

    • Stem retained by shoulder inside body.

    • Triple O-ring sealing – no external leakage.
