6. Design Features

Bolted Bonnet (BB): Allows easy access for inspection and maintenance; uses spiral wound gasket for reliable sealing at high pressures.

OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke): Stem threads are outside the valve body, protected from the medium, and clearly indicate valve position.

Renewable Seat (RS): Seat ring can be replaced without replacing the entire body, extending valve life and reducing maintenance cost.

Forged Body: A105 forging provides excellent mechanical strength and integrity compared to castings.

Hardfaced Seats: Disc and seat are hardfaced with Stellite to resist erosion and galling.
