1. Product Description
A Forged Steel Bellows Seal Globe Valve is a specialized isolation valve designed for zero leakage of hazardous or valuable media. Unlike conventional globe valves that rely solely on gland packing, this valve incorporates a metal bellows as the primary stem seal. The bellows is welded to the stem and bonnet, creating a hermetic barrier between the process fluid and the atmosphere .
This design eliminates fugitive emissions and is ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure applications in power plants, chemical processing, and steam systems . A secondary graphite packing provides backup sealing in case of bellows failure, ensuring double safety .
